Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and transparency, please note my cancellation terms:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: A 25% non-refundable fee will be retained to cover preparation and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment: A 50% fee will be retained, as it may not be possible to rebook the slot at short notice. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations: Unfortunately, no refund can be issued. A new appointment must be booked and paid for in full.

I aim to be fair and flexible. If your cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency), please contact me directly, I'll then do my best to accommodate you.
