If digestive symptoms are leaving you feeling frustrated, confused, or unsure where to start, a Gut Health Assessment can help uncover the dietary, digestive, and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
I use clinic-grade probiotic-rich yoghurt alongside personalised plans to support those living with IBS and other digestive concerns. Whether you're experiencing bloating, reflux, irregular bowel habits, or ongoing digestive discomfort, the first step is understanding what's driving your symptoms.
Book a Gut Health Assessment with me to discover what may be standing in the way of progress and find the level of support that's right for you.
Just a few simple questions could provide valuable insight into your gut health and help guide your next steps with confidence.
If you're unsure where to start, book a Gut Health Assessment. This can help uncover the key factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
All appointments are paid for at the time of booking, if a time doesn't suit your diary, please contact me as I can be flexible. Cancellations may incur a fee.
You can place your order online for collection from my Clinic within Quex Park Estate. Orders submitted by Monday 3pm will be ready from the following Friday. Each yoghurt weighs 500g, has a BB date of 2 weeks, and should be stored in the fridge to maintain freshness.
