We’ll meet as a group once a week for four weeks. You can move through each step of the Programme at your own pace, but I really encourage you to stay in line with the weekly plan — that’s where the group support and shared momentum make such a big difference.
Each session, you’ll build your understanding of gut‑focused nutrition with fat loss in mind, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, troubleshoot, and get things clear in your head. Here’s what we’ll be covering:

This is where you start removing the everyday foods that keep your body stuck in fat‑storage mode. I’ll show you how to replace them with satisfying, gut‑friendly alternatives that naturally support fat loss and help you move toward day‑long fat‑burning. And you’ll do it without the hunger, cravings, or deprivation that usually come with dieting.
Week 2 – You’ll see how adding probiotic‑rich foods can speed up fat loss.
