Bug Stuff

The Yoghurt Plan

4 Weeks, Fresh Supply of Clinic-grade Yoghurt, 2 Spoons Daily

Many people with IBS or related symptoms may have an imbalance of gut bacteria, or be missing useful keystone species. This is often due to antibiotics, stress, restrictive diets or long‑term inflammation. Without certain species, or an imbalance, digestion becomes reactive, motility slows, fermentation increases and symptoms flare.

This probiotic-rich Yoghurt Plan delivers essential species back into your gut that survive and thrive far better than supplements, so it’s an ideal first step before the medical route as your gut recognises food, absorbs it better and responds faster.

You’re not taking a random probiotic supplement with this Plan, you’re helping to restore the foundation your gut needs to function properly with a unique targeted microbiome intervention using only recognised species. And with CFUs in the hundreds of billions per serving (compared to only a few billion in capsules), this probiotic rich yoghurt maximises the supply of beneficial cultures for a powerful, natural, and symptom‑soothing outcome.

Here's How it Works

1 - Complete your Gut Health Assessment with me and collect your freshly made Yoghurt.

2 - Enjoy your Daily Dose of thick and creamy Yoghurt for one week.

3 - Come back once a week to complete your Symptoms Review with me and collect your next pot!

Why it Works

Across the 4‑week Plan, you’ll be supporting your gut microbiome step by step:

Week 1 — Replenishing Essential Microbes

This helps to calm reactivity, reduce bloating, and begin restoring gut calming species.

Week 2 — Restoring Motility

This helps to improve transit time, reduces fermentation, and support more predictable bowel movements.

Week 3 — Rebuilding the Gut Environment

This helps to strengthen beneficial bacteria, stabilise digestion, and reduce symptom volatility.

Week 4 — Strengthening the Gut Barrier

This helps to support long‑term stability, reduce flares, and improve tolerance and overall calm.
